These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Outfit Palettes, operated by Volcano Byte ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Outfit Palettes is a fashion color styling application that helps users generate and explore coordinated color palettes for clothing.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Not misuse the services or attempt unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

2. Accounts

You may use the App without creating an account.

If you choose to sign in using Apple or Google:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree that the information provided is accurate
• You may delete your account at any time within the App

We are not responsible for loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Outfit Palettes offers optional Premium subscriptions.

• Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

We do not store or process your payment information.

Premium features may be modified or updated over time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, branding, and software related to Outfit Palettes are the intellectual property of Volcano Byte.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App
• Use our branding without permission
• Extract or reuse proprietary algorithms or data

5. User Content

If you create or save palettes:

• You retain ownership of your saved data
• You grant us permission to store and process this data to provide the service

We do not claim ownership over your saved palettes.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• The App will always be available
• The App will be error-free
• Generated palettes will meet specific expectations

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Volcano Byte shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Age Requirement

Outfit Palettes is intended for users aged 15 and older.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
